At JANEIRO, we value the continuous development of our teams. In-house training is a fundamental pillar, offered by integrated trainers who have extensive knowledge and experience in the sector. These professionals provide practical and theoretical sessions, customized to meet the needs of employees, ensuring that everyone can grow and evolve in their roles.
In addition to structured training, we also promote “on the job” training, where employees learn directly in their daily tasks, under the guidance of more experienced colleagues and supervisors. This practical approach facilitates the acquisition of skills in an immediate and relevant way.
